Calendly integration - track referrals
What the Calendly integration tracks
Connecting Calendly with Reditus lets you track demo bookings that lead to signups and conversions, and attribute them to the correct affiliate. If you use Calendly as a call to action for booking demos, this guide covers how to track those actions directly from your site.
The one requirement: book on your own domain
For tracking to work correctly, you need to embed Calendly booking on your own domain and not direct users to the Calendly domain. With the booking on your site, Reditus can track affiliate conversions from demo booking through to paid client.
Example of a page with embedded Calendly: Book a Demo with Reditus.
Steps to connect Calendly with Reditus
- Embed Calendly on your website. The booking must occur on your domain for affiliate traffic to be attributed to demo bookings and conversions, so do not guide users to the Calendly domain.
- Link Calendly to Reditus. Go to your Reditus settings page and toggle to the installation tab. Use this direct link to get started.
Create a custom demo page
Set up a page on your website that allows visitors to book a demo using Calendly. Keeping the process on your domain is what enables Reditus to track the funnel from demo booking to signup and conversion.
What you get by keeping Calendly on your domain
- Affiliate tracking: Reditus will track demo bookings attributed to affiliates.
- Funnel tracking: you can follow the entire journey from booking a demo to signing up as a client.
