HubSpot Setup Guide for Reditus

The two Reditus HubSpot integrations

Reditus offers two different HubSpot integrations for managing affiliate data:

1. Send affiliate data from Reditus to HubSpot (this article).
2. Capture referrals from HubSpot Calendar bookings on your site (see here).

Why use this integration?

By connecting Reditus to HubSpot, you will be able to:

• Start automated onboarding email sequences for new affiliates.
• Keep your affiliates informed via newsletters.
• Automatically attribute the Reditus origin to new signups.

Connect Reditus and HubSpot

1. Sign in to Reditus. Start by logging in to Reditus here.
2. Connect HubSpot via your Reditus settings. Go to your integrations settings page, select HubSpot from the available integrations, then click "Connect" when prompted.
3. Turn on a pre-defined flow. We offer pre-defined flows to help you push data to HubSpot. Select your preferred flow and toggle it on. You need to connect HubSpot first before you can activate a flow.
4. Map Reditus fields within HubSpot. Use the dropdown to map where you want Reditus data to go within your HubSpot account.
5. Set up additional flows (optional). You can add multiple flows to take full advantage of the integration's capabilities.

You might need to create some dimensions within HubSpot to be able to connect them.

Data sync frequency

Data is pushed to HubSpot every 5 minutes based on the flow you selected, so please allow some time for it to appear in your HubSpot account.

Disconnect Reditus from HubSpot

After you disconnect, affiliate and referral data no longer syncs with HubSpot. Any existing data stays on your HubSpot records.

1. Log into Reditus
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Click on the HubSpot integration
4. Select "Disconnect"
